The more I get of this little medieval town the more I am absolutely obsessed with it! It's an extremely different place from America, and the more I am here the more the language from all my french classes seems to be coming back to me. Below I'm posting some pictures of where I'm staying and a few of the streets around. Last night we got about 4 to 5 inches of snow, and it's still falling as you can see. We also took trips to the stone quarry and Villa of the Marquis de Sade today and I'll upload them in the next post. I've been dealing with a few set backs like the fact that there is no warm water in my little villa, but I have been assured that it will be fixed in the next few days. We also slayed a scorpion when we first arrived. It was an exciting experience, but apparently they've been coming in due to the cold season.I'm just so glad to be here. I'm obsessed with French culture, and the landscape of Provence has an extremely inspiring air to it. I feel like I should be writing here. I don't know why, but it's something that I've only felt a few other places on earth. Enjoy the photos-more to come!
